High friction rubber can have a low friction surface with Orion's FluoroBond® LSR coatings that are chemically bonded to the surface. These specialized coatings can aid assembly with low friction and color-coding for different size parts. This low friction coating for silicone rubber allows designers and engineers to have the benefits of silicone rubber without the high-friction surface.

All formulations of rubber - from buna-n to silicone - can have a FluoroBond® LSR coating to lower their friction and color code the product. Orion's FluoroBond® LSR is a great parylene replacement coating that does not crack like parylene can.
