First, our FluoroPlate TJ4-7080 coating is a resin-bonded PTFE coating service for offshore usage, is designed to withstand most solvents or fuels, and is impervious to the new water-based hydraulic fluids introduced into the offshore industry. This coating is available in a wide range of colors and can be applied to all types of fasteners, hinge pins, pistons, and casings in a broad range of materials that include brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, and zinc plating.

Second, our FluoroPlate TJ4-7957-97 coating is a resin-bonded two-coat PPS or PTFE coating for filter tanks, small vessels, valves and flange piping designed for excellent chemical/corrosion resistance. It is virtually unaffected by any solvent, and has excellent abrasion resistance. Not only can this coating be used for above-ground applications, it can also be used on down-hole tools and components for offshore drilling. FluoroPlate TJ4-7957-97 can be applied to most substrates, and is recommended when a lubricious nonstick surface is desired.
