I want to advise you that Orion Industries will remain open during the Illinois “Shelter in Place” Executive Order 2020-10 issue by Illinois Governor Pritzker as of 5:00 PM Saturday, March 21, 2020.
Orion Industries qualifies to remain open under the “essential services” category and is aligned with the Critical Infrastructure Sectors;
- Essential Business and Operations
- Manufacture, distribution, and supply chain for critical products and industries including, national defense, medical and healthcare supplies, and food processing
While we are open, we are continuing to look after our employees while at work by maintaining social distancing, vigorous cleaning, and supplying our employees with the personal protective equipment necessary to reduce their exposure while at work and at home. We are asking all employees to stay home if they have the symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for the Covid-19. All employees that can work from home are doing so now.
If during this time, any production item that we process for your company that may require expediting services, please notify us and we will do everything within our power to meet your delivery requirements. We are staffing to maintain our normal processing time requirements. Our shipping department can receive from 8:00 AM and ship until 6:00 PM, however, we need your staff to contact us at 773-282-9100 ext. 158 for Flora or ext. 137 for Gloria before 3 PM to arrange late delivery or shipments.
We will update you on any changes in our operations as developments warrant.
