Industrial Teflon® Coating Services & Purposes for Filter Cloth

For decades the unique properties of Teflon® PTFE coatings created specialized filtration devices out of common metal screen and filter cloth. Orion has perfected coating techniques to apply industrial Teflon® coatings to wire mesh cloth as small as 820 x 820 microns with no "bridging" between the mesh of the cloth or screen. For circular hole filtration devices, Orion provides industrial coatings services to apply a PTFE coating to holes as small as .002 " in diameter with no "bridging" of the PTFE coating over the holes.
